FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Should your product have been damaged during shipping we will either replace it free of charge or offer you a full refund upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damaged product.
INCORRECT PRODUCT
In the the unlikely event that there is a mix up with your order we will replace the item with the correct one and send this to you at no extra cost.
