All of our eathenware products are handcrafted from our studio in Cornwall. The glaze is made and applied in the same way however there is no guarantee that it will look the same on more than one product as this process cant be replicated for each product. Turnaround for products may vary depending on stock available at the time of purchase.

We hope that you enjoy your St Nectans product and understand that each product has been handmade so shape and colour will vary and we cannot offer a refund for handmade items excluding the following reasons;

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Should your product have been damaged during shipping we will either replace it free of charge or offer you a full refund upon receipt of photographic evidence of the damaged product.

INCORRECT PRODUCT

In the the unlikely event that there is a mix up with your order we will replace the item with the correct one and send this to you at no extra cost.
